Pittsburgh South Side Business Owner Hit By Crime Twice
Justin Polencsar had his tattoo parlor in the 2000 block of Carson Street trashed this week. He told KDKA that whoever broke in, smashed a lot of stuff, and took all of their tattoo supplies, needles, ink, etc. He was also robbed at gun point a few weeks before.
